Create migration sessions using WWNs

Migrations can be created from the SAN. This is achieved by the integration of Open Replicator (ORS) into the Migrations user interface.

Prerequisites

See Roles and associated permissions to determine the user roles that can perform this task.

This feature provides migration support for migrations from storage systems running Enginuity OS 5876, XtremeIO, VNX, Unity, DMX, and other array vendors to a storage system running PowerMaxOS 10 (6079). The migration is minimally disruptive, that is, it requires a short application downtime.

The target array must be local to the control host.
